We are so pleased with the home Andrew built for us! It is beyond our expectations and everything we could ask for. Building a custom home is a daunting task, but Andrew proved to be a great builder to partner with to make the process much easier and more enjoyable. He was always accessible by phone, text or email and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns we had.
Upon reviewing our selected floor plan and the “wishlist” we drew up, Andrew used his vision and foresight to suggest changes to the floor plan that would better suit our needs and make the house more ascetically pleasing. His allowances for finishes and appliances helped keep us close to our budget. He also proved to be very patient and accommodating when selecting these items, especially paint colors, and many times his input helped us reach a decision. And since it had been 14 years since we last bought a house, Andrew did a good job of keeping us “up to date” on our selections with helpful suggestions, but he would always do whatever we requested (and he didn’t mind replicating things I had seen on Pinterest!). We also appreciated the fact that Andrew personally inspected work done on the house several times a week. His attention to detail surpassed ours (and we are picky people!) and if anything was not done to his satisfaction, it was immediately fixed or redone. We closed on time and moved into a beautiful, solidly built home. Thank you, Andrew for all your hard work!

My wife and I chose to have our new home built after being dissatisfied with the current inventory in Chattanooga. It just so happened that we loved the last home we looked at, but purchasing it was not realistic at the time. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship of that home, so we called the builder, Andrew Miller. Andrew was a joy to work with. He was involved in every aspect of the project from choosing the best lot for our home to framing the house and the finishing touches. Many times I would stop by to peek at the progress and would find Andrew here personally involved in some part of the build. He has great vision for how things will turn out when they are complete. “My wife and I decided one day we would take a drive through different neighborhoods of new homes under construction before starting a possible remodeling of our home at the time. We had no plans to buy a new home when we started this process, only to get some ideas for our remodeling project. After looking at several new homes for ideas we walked into a house that was being built by Andrew Miller of Miller Building Company, Inc. At the time, the house was about 75% complete. While walking through the kitchen and the great room area my wife turned to me and said “this is the house for us”. With all of the special detailing we observed, I told her that someone must be having this custom home built. She insisted that I call Andrew anyway to see if the house might be available. I contacted Andrew the next day and was told the house was available and that he would be very happy to show it to us and go over his plans for completing it.
We met with Andrew a few days later and he did a walk through with us of each room of the house. He spent a great deal of time and went into a lot of detail on what his plans were on finishing the house and told us what still could be changed with very little cost or impact on his schedule. During this meeting, my wife told Andrew that he has very good taste concerning the special touches that were already obvious in the home such as paint colors, cabinets, etc. She expressed to Andrew that if I asked you to build our “dream home”, this would be it.
Andrew made the process of finishing our new home both an enjoyable adventure and provided the best partnership with a builder that we have ever experienced. It impressed us that he was at the building site almost every week day overseeing the subcontractors and even at times getting involved with the work himself.
After moving into our new home, we have experienced very few and only minor issues that we have needed to contact Andrew about. He has responded with no hesitation and resolved every issue very much to our satisfaction. We have received very many wonderful compliments about our new home and the great floor plan and the much extra attention to details that Andrew incorporated.
